Training built on your numbers, not a template.

Triple Victor is an endurance coaching program for triathletes and runners. We measure your physiology, build the season around it, and adjust every week against what your training actually shows — on a platform built for exactly that.

The method

Measure, plan, train, adapt

Most plans are a guess dressed up as a schedule. Ours starts with data and keeps checking itself against yours.

  1. 01

    Test

Start with measurement, not assumption. VO2max, resting metabolic rate, and body composition in the lab; field tests for swim, bike, and run. These numbers become your training zones.

  2. 02

    Plan

Your season is built backwards from the races that matter, with phases, weekly load targets, and recovery placed deliberately rather than by feel.

  3. 03

    Train

Every session lands on your calendar with its intent, targets, and structure. Your watch and head unit sync automatically, so completed work sits next to what was planned.

  4. 04

    Adapt

A daily check-in tracks sleep and readiness. When life, illness, or travel interferes, the plan is adjusted — not abandoned.

The platform

Your training, in one place

Purpose-built for this program rather than bolted together from spreadsheets and third-party tools.

  • Zones from your own physiology

Training zones derived from your test results and updated as you improve — not age-predicted formulas.

  • Automatic device sync

Connects through intervals.icu, so activities from Garmin, Wahoo, and Strava arrive without manual uploads, and planned sessions push back to your device.

  • Daily readiness

A short morning check-in records sleep and how you are actually feeling, so load decisions account for recovery rather than ignoring it.

  • Season plan you can see

Phases, weekly targets, and race priorities laid out across the year, so today's session has a visible reason for existing.

  • Race planning

Target events, goals, and course details in one place — with coaches marking which races they will be at.

  • Feedback on the work

Comment on any session and get a coach's response against the actual data, not a general reply days later.
